At First Street Surgical Center, we realize that each patient is unique and therefore your specific questions or comments may need to be directed to a particular member of our knowledgeable staff. We are committed to making your experience here as comfortable as possible, both physically and psychologically. Customer service is among our foremost priorities and we intend to treat each of our patients with dignity, respect and empathy. Driving Directions
If driving SOUTH on 610 West Loop, exit Bissonnet and turn right onto Bissonnet. Go to the first street which is First Street and turn left. Go one-half block south to the surgical center. Enter the second driveway mid-block.
If driving NORTH on 610 West Loop, exit Bellaire and turn left onto Bellaire, go under the freeway and continue to the first street which is First Street and turn right, go one-half block north to the surgical center.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your Appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire.
When you come for your Appointments, please remember to bring the following
- Driver's license or State ID
- Insurance information
- Copies of operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits
- Medications list (if any)
- If you have had surgery elsewhere, please bring a copy of your operation report
Very often during the course of your evaluation or treatment for an
orthopedic condition we will require x-rays to determine the cause of a problem or to evaluate your progress.
To cancel an Appointment
Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 day's notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting. |
